The site is located on waterfront of Golden Water River ( 金水河). The brief said, the building should symbolize the river and its history, and be the landmark of the area.
The site is sandwiched between the river and the city. The area itself represents recreational zone. Therefore, we estimated, there will be a huge flow of people coming to waterfront.
Besides, according to urban design program there is a bridge connected to our site. Hence, the site is a strategic important point and big flow is expected also from the other side of the river.
